It is a "Shore Thing".....this townhome is located on Lago Bonita (Beautiful Lake). Not only can you sit out on the balconies and watch lots of wildlife on the shore of the lake from your chairs you can also view the Gulf of Mexico in the backdrop. The home has two private balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room both overlooking the lake which houses all sorts of "shore life"; ducks, birds, white swans, turtles, fish, etc. (Be sure to bring some extra bread or crackers to feed the visiting ducks). A short block walk to the Gulf offers you an amazing day at the beach with the comfort of your accommodations close by.

The home is newly remodeled and professionally decorated. It is a two bedroom w/two full baths. Natural stone floors, new cabinetry and granite throughout the home. The decor boasts many "shore life" creatures that bring the beach life inside. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting/reading area, tv w/cable and dvd player. Second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a queen bed. Washer/dryer, BBQ grill, well-stocked kitchen, and linens are provided.

DEPOSITS

A $250 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit will be returned within five (5) after checkout providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. A $75 cleaning fee will be retained.

REFUNDS

If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date every effort will be made to re-rent the home. We will refund the rent and damage deposit retaining $50 admin fee. If you cancel within seven days of your stay, we will retain $500 only if we are unable to re-rent the property.
