• Two large covered decks offer spectacular views of the gulf & sound, including amazing sunrises-there is no other reason to get up early except sunrises on vacation!!!!!!

• Pets allowed, with owner approval first and $200 refundable deposit. Reminder that pets are NOT allowed on the beach.
  
• 50% to confirm reservations & remaining rent plus Security Deposit(seperate check for $500-returned to you 10 days after departure report) due 30 days prior to arrival.
  
• Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival - -deposit will only be returned if the unit can be re-rented.
