Our beautiful condo is located on the soundside of Pensacola
Beach in Santa Rosa Dunes.
It is a spacious two bedroom condominium with a full bath attached to each
bedroom
and and a half bath located downstairs in the living area. It can accommodate

comfortably. Our immaculate little getaway is decorated in the bright and
patriotic colors of red,
white, and blue. Our Condo will provide you with all of the necessary amenities
you will
need while on vacation as well as an unobstructed view of the sound side of
the Gulf.

| Deposits Advance rent: 1/2 of the total rent rate plus a $200 damage deposit is required to reserve the unit. $125 is fully refundable within ten days after you check out providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Seventy-five ($75) is retained for a cleaning fee. Refunds If you cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund the rent deposit, but will retain the $200 -damage deposit. If cancellation is made within 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to do so, we will return you damage deposit of $200 but you will forfeit the advanced rental payment. If you cancel within seven days of your stay, only $100 of the total advance payment will be returned. PLEASE NO SMOKING AND NO PETS |
