Our beautiful Condo is located on the Soundside of Pensacola Beach in Santa Rosa Dunes. It features a two bedroom, two and one half bath unit that underwent a complete renovation in 2010. Renovations include granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen,all new baths, new flooring, and new decor throughout including a 46" flatscreen TV. Our unit sleeps 6 comfortably with an unobstructed Sound view and the only Olympic sized swimming pool on the island. The condo offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a spectacular vacation on the most beautiful beach in the world so come and enjoy!!

Deposits
Advance rent: 1/2 of the total rent rate plus a $200 damage deposit is required
to reserve the unit. $100 is fully refundable within ten days after you
check out providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions
are followed. One Hundred ($100) is retained for a cleaning fee.
Refunds
If you cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund
the rent deposit, but will retain the $200 -damage deposit. If cancellation
is made within 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made
to re-rent the property. If we are unable to do so, we will return you damage
deposit of $200 but you will forfeit the advanced rental payment. If you
cancel within seven days of your stay, only $100 of the total advance payment
will be returned.
