Reservation Cancellation Policies

Rates

Island
View: Overlooks east or west side of building. East side overlooks
Quietwater Beach Boardwalk. West side looks towards Ft. Pickens. Either
view is available ;with either one King bed or two Queen beds.

Harbor
View: Overlooks beautiful Little Sabine Bay, swimming pool, and picnic
area. Also available with one King bed or two Queen beds.

All
rooms are equipped with microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker.

A one-night
room charge is applicable when a reservation is cancelled after the 72-hour
deadline.
Failure
To Honor A Guaranteed Reservation

Rooms
are held until 12 midnight, the day of scheduled arrival. At that
time, all remaining days are released. A one night room charge is
non refundable.
Terms
and Conditions

Special
requests (i.e. rollaway beds, connecting rooms, etc.) will be noted and
will be honored upon arrival if available.

All
rates are subject to area sales tax and lease fee and may change without
notice.

NO PETS
PLEASE. A kennel is located in Gulf Breeze, approximately 1 ½
miles from the hotel.

In/Check Out Times

Check
in time begins at: 3:00 p.m.

out time: 11:00 a.m.

Due
to the nature of our resort environment, all rooms may not be ready by
3:00 p.m.
The
hotel will make every effort to accommodate any guest arriving prior to
3:00 p.m.; however, 3:00 p.m. is the check in time.
Check
out time is 11:00 a.m. After 11:00 a.m., a half-day rate will be
applied until 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m., a full day rate applies.
Maximum
Capacities are Four (4) Adults or a Family of Five (5).
