Terms:
We require a 50% deposit
when you make your reservation. Example, if you only want
a week stay we require 50% up front upon making reservation &
the balance 10 days in advance of coming. The same condition applies
for the monthly rate. If you cancel we will only refund $50.00
unless we can fill that time slot with someone else.

- Cleaning fee of $100.00 will
be charged.
- Long term tenant pays for phone,
electric & cleaning servicing. (Cleaning services are optional
on short-term lease).
