General Information:
Our beach condos at Portofino Island Resort and Spa are side by side which allows your family and friends to rent our two-bedroom or three-bedroom separately or combine to make five-bedrooms. These luxury condos are located on the 15th floor of Tower II at Portofino Island Resort and Spa, one of the top resort destinations in northwest Florida.

Our 3-bedroom condo is rented till March 31, 2010 but our 2-bedroom is open beginning March 1st. This 2-bedroom condo is located on the 15th floor in Tower Two with easterly unobstructed views over the Gulf and around to Santa Rosa Sound. Our 3 bedroom condo has unobstructed southerly views over the Gulf of Mexico over to the Santa Rosa Sound and Range Point. The National Seashore stretching 14 miles eastward to Navarre Beach is viewed from our large wrap around deck. Both the 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom condos, which are side-by-side will be available starting April 1, 2010. These condos can be rented together for 5-bedrooms or separately.

Exclusive Portofino Resort and Spa is a destination resort and spa at the eastern end of Pensacola Beach. The 40,000 square foot spa and lifestyle center offers; customized body treatments, private men and women lounges, an indoor hot tub, steam rooms, saunas and a 25 meter Olympic indoor pool. The second floor modern and staffed fitness center includes state of the art fitness equipment and a variety of fitness classes daily. It overlooks the two heated infinity edge outdoor pools, two hot tubs, and the Santa Rosa Sound.

In addition there is an intimate high end restaurant, an outdoor grill menu, a Baltic poolside cocktail bar and live entertainment most afternoons. The beach front and sound front staff can offer rentals of beach chairs/umbrellas, sailboats, kayaks, fishing charters and jetskis. The property features include four new lighted tennis courts staffed with an experienced pro, and our tower has its own heated swimming pool and hot tub. Guests have access to these top of the line amenities with additional costs applying only to food, beverage, beach chair rentals, personalized spa services and water toy rentals.

Our luxury two-bedroom home is located on the fifteenth floor of Tower II. From the living areas our guests will have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, Range Point and the unspoiled barrier island national seashore eastward for twelve miles to Navarre Beach.

The master bedroom has one king, large closets and a full tiled bath with tall double vanities, shower, whirlpool tub, and a private toilet. The second bedroom has two twins, one closet and a private bath with tub/shower.There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has GE Profile appliances and a bar that seats three. There is one TV and DVD in the Living room, one TV in the Master and the unit has wired high speed internet.

There is one parking space in the tower and an additional outside under a trellis. Access to the condominium from the indoor parking is by three interior high speed elevators which open up onto a decorated elevator lobby on our floor. Once you are inside the tower you are not exposed to the weather until you decide to step out on to our large tiled balcony.
