Resort is a new, luxury, condominium resort (2003) that is
located on the Gulf of Mexico at Pensacola Beach, Florida.
Portofino offers many amenities such as a 40,000-square-foot,
lifestyle center that includes state of the art fitness equipment
including Cybex weight machines and True cardio equipment.
Personal trainers, Pilates, Spin Classes, Yoga Classes and
water aerobics are also available. The Aveda Concept Spa with
message therapy, body treatments, facials, are all available.
As one works out on the state-of-the-art equipment, you have
a view of the two Infinity Pools and the spectacular Santa
Rosa Sound. An indoor Olympic-size lap pool and four Rubico
(clay) Tennis Courts are located on sight. If golf is on your

Our
condominium is located in Tower 1 on the 19th floor. It has 1335 square feet and
has been professionally decorated in the Jewell tone collection by Resort Interiors.
There are nine-foot ceilings throughout with designer window treatments and accessories.
The entrance has an eight-foot-wide double door, opening onto ceramic tile flooring
throughout the living area, kitchen, and baths. The designer kitchen is completely
furnished including microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, with luxurious tile
countertops. The dining area has a table with six chairs and three barstools at
the breakfast bar. A built-in stainless grill is located on the balcony. There
is also high speed internet connections at various locations in the unit!
The
inviting living area has a comfortable queen-size sleeper
sofa and two chairs along with an armoire, which houses a
37" Flat Screen HDTV, DVD stereo system.. As one stands
in the kitchen or living area you can see the spectacular
Santa Rosa Sound and the Pensacola Bay. The balcony off the
living area and both bedrooms allows for unobstructed panoramic
viewing of the gorgeous bay areas.
One can sleep soundly in the king sized
bed in the master bedroom. The master is completely furnished
including a 32" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD. There is a
nine foot wide sliding glass door out onto the balcony. His-n-her
closets and sinks, a glass walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and
private toilet area completes the master bath.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and is completely furnished
with night stand and an armoir with TV . The guest bath has
all designer features. There is a full washer and dryer for
use. Board games and puzzles for condo for use.
The balcony is suitable for outdoor entertaining and has a
table and four chairs to sit and enjoy the spectacular bay
view.
The powder room has designer features with a pedestal sink
and tile flooring.
