 Our townhouse
is located on Lago Bonita (Beautiful Lake) with the Gulf of Mexico as
the backdrop view. Lago Bonita is the only lake on Pensacola Beach.
It is stocked with many ducks, birds, two brilliant white swans, fish,
etc. Guests and owners alike are often feeding the birds, running pond
boats, or just relaxing in the outdoor areas. A short block walk to
the Gulf offers you an amazing day at the beach with the comfort of
your accomodations close by. As you enter the home you are immediately greeted by a loggerhead turtle made out of slate, granite, procelain and marble set into the tiled floor at the foyer entrance. The home is a completely remodeled two-story, two bedroom with two full baths. It is professionally decorated with the sea turtle motif and other ocean and shoreline creatures. The 1st floor bath has faux finished walls the likes of the ocean water with dolphins swimming in the artwork and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and sports new cabinetry, stainless appliances, and wonderful brown marble countertops and tumbled marble back splash. As you enter the living room another loggerhead turtle carved from driftwood by a local artist is mounted on the wall headed for the water. A 42" plasma TV hangs on the wall with a wood-carved barracuda hanging graciously above also headed for the Gulf of Mexico. The patio/deck area is finely appointed with mediteranean style furnishings, flower baskets and two cheerful tikis to hang out with you. Upstairs the master bath has an oversize jacuzzi tub w/shower. The color is like the shallow area of the gulf, misty greenish-blue, decorated with a beautiful crystal chandelier that glows as it reflects off of the tiled walls. The master bedroom is deep-water teal color with wood floors and an area carpet. It has a queen sized bed, cable TV w/built in DVD player, a sitting area with two chairs a table and a fountain that complements the water-lily pond artwork. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed decorated with plush white carpet. It has a beach motif, including silk turtle pillows and wall mounted LCD flat screen tv with cable and DVD/CD Player. Washer/dryer and all other amenities necessary for any length of stay are provided.

6 DEPOSITS A $500 security deposit is required to
confirm your reservation. Deposit will be returned within three (3)
business days after checkout providing there is no damage or theft and
all policies and conditions are followed. A $75 cleaning fee will be
retained.
REFUNDS If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date every effort will be made to re-rent the home. We will refund the rent and damage deposit retaining $50 admin fee. If you cancel within seven days of your stay, we will retain $500 only if we are unable to re-rent the property.
