Rental Policies
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Deposit: $500 security
deposit is required to hold reservation. Fees are $150 for
cleaning, linen and SRIA and Co. tax
Pet deposit is $200 and is non
refundable, damage deposit will be returned three buisness days after
check out, providing there is no damage or theft.
Refunds: You MUST cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive
refund, If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date
deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rent the beach
house. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Checks Accepted, Cash
negotionable.
