Big Lagoon State Park

This adventurer's dream park offers a secluded beach amidst the native plant and animal life of Northwest Florida. Get away from the busy Pensacola Beaches and stretch your legs at the National Seashore!

The natural beaches of Big Lagoon State Park are located along the calm waters of the Intracoastal Waterway. Avoid the crowds at the Gulf and opt for this quiet beach setting. Beaches are also beach wheelchair accessible (beach wheelchairs are available for visitor use free of charge through the Ranger Station).

A local landmark, Big Lagoon State Park offers not only beaches, but hiking, cycling, bird watching, camping, fishing, boat launching and more! Multiple Pavilions are available for event rental, so your birthday party, family reunion, or wedding can take place with the backdrop of Pensacola’s most beautiful views.
